How to Log a Bug

Logging a bug is easy: just send an email to . But what should you put into the email? Also easy. Just tell us three things:

  1. Steps we’ll need to execute to reproduce your problem (including version numbers)
  2. What you expected to happen
  3. What happened instead

Hi Mr. Cary. I would like to know how can I use the software Profiler.
I already know the product from Hotsos and I would like to know if you are in charge of developing the software.
I am very interested in work with Methor-R.

Roberto,

The Profiler is a software product that we sell. It is the same code base as the product that Hotsos sells, too, so you have a choice now about where to buy it. We at Method R are the people who invented the Profiler and maintained it while we were at Hotsos, and we are still the people who maintain it now.
