Mr. Millsap is Vice President of User Experience Solutions at Cintra Software & Services, and he owns Method R Corporation, a company that makes enterprise grade software measurement tools for companies including Fortune 100 firms. In the 1990s, he was Vice President of the world-renowned System Performance Group at Oracle Corporation. He is a founding member of the Oak Table Network.
