Effective August 1, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to Method R Workbench licenses purchased through the Method R online store. FastSpring is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for those purchases.
General policy
Unless otherwise stated in an applicable order document or required by law, fees for Method R Workbench are non-cancelable and non-refundable once paid, except for the express warranty remedies described in the Method R Workbench End User License Agreement.
Thirty-day functionality warranty
For thirty days following delivery of the License Key, Method R warrants that Method R Workbench will perform substantially as described in its documentation when used in accordance with Method R’s published system requirements. If this warranty is breached, the licensee’s sole remedy is termination of the license and a refund of the fees paid, as stated in the End User License Agreement.
Warranty of title
Method R warrants that it has the right to license Method R Workbench. If this warranty is breached, Method R may obtain the necessary rights, replace the affected software with substantially equivalent software, or terminate the license and refund the fees paid, as stated in the End User License Agreement.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund under an applicable warranty or legal right, email . Include your name, email address, FastSpring order ID, purchase date, and a description of the problem. Method R may request reasonable information needed to evaluate the request.
Approved refunds are returned through FastSpring to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may depend on FastSpring, the payment method, and the customer’s financial institution. FastSpring may also issue refunds when required for fraud prevention, payment processing, or legal and regulatory reasons.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot lawfully be limited. If this policy conflicts with an applicable law, that law controls.
